Why it works
Your leadership isn’t the cap. Your framework is.
Most pastors who hit a growth barrier assume they need to become better leaders to get past it. That’s usually not the case. The pastors I coach are good at what pastors are good at. They connect with people well, counsel them through life’s challenges with grace, and their community reveres them as communicators. What they’re missing is a framework: the systems and strategy that turn a church that gathers people into a church that connects and grows them.
In this course you will learn to apply church planting principles to your church so that you can relaunch, not just Sunday, but how people see and connect with your church.
Over six months, you’ll work through the Relaunch Sunday framework with me and a small group of pastors in the same season: ten live coaching sessions, three one-on-ones for your church, and a plan you build as you go, all leading up to your own Relaunch Sunday. The result isn’t a one-time bump. It’s a repeatable process your church can run again to reach the next milestone, for years to come.
