Join the Next Relaunch Sunday Group
Six months. Ten sessions. A small group of pastors building a relaunch plan for their church, leading up to a Relaunch Sunday.
This is where the Relaunch Sunday process becomes your plan. You’ll work alongside pastors on the same road, with coaching at every step, until you have a clear plan to invite people, welcome guests well, and connect them, and a date on the calendar worth inviting your whole city to.

At a glance
What you’re signing up for.
How it works
One process. Four moves.
Watch
Before each session you’ll watch a short video on that month’s topic, so our hour together is coaching, not lecture.
Coach
Ten sessions over six months with your cohort: group discussion, then breakouts with a coach to work on your plan.
Meet One-on-One
Three private calls for your church: an onboarding plan, a halfway checkpoint, and a final call before your big day.
Relaunch
You finish with a unique relaunch plan for your church, and a Relaunch Sunday your city can’t miss.
Who should apply
Built for pastors who need a fresh start, not a new logo.
Relaunching, rebranding, launching a campus, or revitalizing: the process works for all four. What matters is where you are and what you’re willing to do next.
- You launched, and somewhere along the way, momentum stalled.
- You’re ready to re-engage your team and your community with renewed purpose.
- You’ll do the work between sessions: watch the video, build the plan, take the next step.
- You can commit to ten sessions over six months, plus three one-on-one calls.
- You’ll bring your spouse. The group is built for lead pastors and their spouses, not staff teams.
- You want a plan that fits your church, not a template.
Application
Apply for the next group.
The application is Josh’s Coaching Assessment: a clear picture of where your church stands today, so your first call is about your relaunch, not the basics. It takes about fifteen minutes, right here on this page, and the more specific you are, the better we can coach you.
What we’ll ask.
- Contact information: your church, its website and social media, and how to reach you and your spouse.
- Church background: denomination or network, how long you’ve been established, attendance, and service times.
- Culture and church health: your vision and mission, team meetings, what success looks like in six months, and your biggest challenge.
- Rate nine areas of your church from 1 to 5, so we know where to start.
- Weekend services, guest follow-up, and volunteers and leaders: the numbers behind your Sundays.
Nothing you share is published or shared outside the coaching team.
What happens next.
- 01We read every application, every word of it.
- 02Josh reaches out within a few days to set up a short call.
- 03If it’s a fit, you’ll get your onboarding call and the session schedule for the group.

Questions
Before you apply.
Who leads the group?
Joshua Roberie, alongside coaches who have led relaunches in their own churches. You get the process, the people who’ve lived it, and a cohort walking the same road.
How much time will it take?
One hour together for each of the ten sessions, a short video before each one, three one-on-one calls, and whatever you put into your plan between sessions. That last part is where the relaunch actually happens.
Do we have to rebrand?
No. Some churches relaunch with a new name; most don’t. A relaunch is about momentum: a clear plan, an excited team, and a day worth inviting people to. Not a logo.
What does it cost?
We’ll walk through the investment and the details on your call.
Can my spouse join me?
Yes, and we hope they will. List them on the application. The group is built for the lead pastor and spouse, so other staff and leaders don’t join the sessions.
Not sure you need a relaunch?
Take the free Relaunch Assessment first: fifteen questions, about three minutes, and you’ll get your Relaunch Score and the one area to work on first.
